This is the first and the last time that I will ever order anything from this company. I ordered one pair of shoes from this company on July 1, and I received an email stating that my order would not ship until August 12. Why does it take six weeks to receive one pair of shoes?? There should be an option for Zero stars.

If I could give a Zero-Star rating I would. The clothing has ABSOLUTELY NO quality AT ALL. They are made with very questionable synthetic material that snag, stretch and tear easily. The sizing is ALL OVER the place. Sizes run from GIGANTIC to not accurate in size. Pants and skirts running 6 inches too short or or 6 inches too long. I bought several of the SAME square-neck t-shirt in various colors in the same size, and some I couldn't get my arms through, and others were so HUGE, the neckline went below my navel. (I kid you not). EVERYTHING is made in China, India or Vietnam and is garbage. VERY poorly cut and sewn. The clothing REEKS of pesticide. Most items fall apart between the 1st and third washing. I never had a problem with sizing or quality when it was OneStopPlus. Do not shop here. Buyer beware. UPDATE: Their 7-Day Knit pants are true to size, are well sewn and of excellent quality, as is their Thermal Shawl Tunic and Sherpa Shawl Button Tunic (Roaman's).

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Kingsizedirect. The shoe was to big & I returned. I was given a refund BUT charged a $10.99 restocking fee. Totally outrageous. I contacted Kingsize & they said it is a valid fee that they charge. A customer for 40+ yrs & I will not ever buy from them again.
