They are a rip off ! To replace a pipe from the water meter they quoted 15k to repair it they quoted 1789 . To give this quote they charged me 79 dollars and then they blew me so I got it done with a normal guy for 500 dollars . The best part was I refused to pay the 79 they chased me like crazy with frequent calls to pay claiming this is industry standard to charge fee for quoting

The $79 dispatch fee is industry standard to get a licensed and trained technician as well as fully stocked truck to your door. Our cell center reps are not permitted to give estimates over the phone as that would be a disservice to you because they are not licensed plumbers. It took two guys to come out ....charge us $79 and tell us it would cost over $800 to replace a garbage disposal unit ? ! You should run from this company as fast as you can ! They would not give us an estimate over the phone which would have been simple and easy to do. We found an individual to do the job and saved over $ 500. I have never written a public review before. I hope this saves someone a terrible experience with this company.

After the old panel went down after other HVAC work I called SWAN for HVAC and Electrical. Aaron came out and reviewed the HVAC and was as thorough as possible while remaining very professional, he helped referring me to have my electric reviewed. Mike and Mikayla came out and I had the entire panel replaced. I can't say enough good things. They were both great to get along with and Mike was open to explaining what they were doing and why. The new panel is up and beautiful. A great one stop shop. Update: Kenny came out today to diagnose issues with a pool pump not receiving the correct voltage. He was through and double checked all work, found and resolved the issues while discussing future considerations. I continue to be impressed and satisfied by SWANs professionalism.

Excellent customer service. 24 hour service that's outstanding. Highly recommend. Mr. Burton, tech is awesome and provided lots of electrical education.
Please teach your drivers how to keep their distance on Roads. This is the second time that Ive come across your company van, it isnt hard to confuse that big blue Van. In both occasions I experience almost getting hit because whoever is behind that wheel does not know how to keep their distance. Even using my signal lights isnt enough for your driver to slow down when Im turning into my community home. I hope you have good insurance because I wouldnt be surprised if an accident were to occur in the future.
