Responsive but they deliberately advertise pricing that assumes certain variables and they add on multiple extra fees. Expect to pay $4K more than advertised plus taxes/tags, etc. It just doesn't seem to be fair/reasonable in the year 2022. I'd recommend somewhere else. They clearly use the strategy to generate interest and then try to sell. I ended up purchasing from Fields BMW instead. Not a ton cheaper but at least they don't try to lure with pricing they don't honor.
Walked in with financing in place ready to buy.... it was a Sat & no other customers in sight - but the 7/8 salesmen looked at me & continued their conversations. I'm a clean cut MBA who wore khaki shorts, a tee, n pink tennis shoes (on purpose). It did not get better. After looking for the car for 20 mins, he finally said it was in service - n they were closed till Mon. He said I'd have 1st opt to drive n buy..... he would backtrack on this later n say only if I put $1k down would he hold the car. Mon got to drive it (X1) asked if was V6, he said yes (its not). Asked more than 7x if they offer military discount - fin told him wouldn't stop asking - he said only on new. When tried to neg price, he said "after everything I've done for you?" Which infuriated me. Asked him if he says this to men? He did repair hubcaps and offered to pick me up Wed to get my new car. On Wed, he blew me off for 3 hours so called n said to tell him I'm on my way to get car. She repeats this to him - so he's standing there? Saying he's not in? Arrive to get car - I'm beyond done & hes trying to chat.... Was to get follow-up call from expert to show me all cars options - no call (18 mths now). Tried to call last Dec for recall work - no call back. Called to ask for help - "only Robert in service can help" (who I'd left message for). Finally went to see Mgr - I very politely explained issues. He asked my availability, called Robert, and NOTHING. Told me I'd need to call. I had to ASK for the # - he said "its the same". Lack of professionalism, lack of follow-thru, lack of caring about a customer. Had that Mgr simply scheduled the needed maintenance n maybe thrown in a detail, I'd have been happy. But I walked out with nothing resolved, no apology, no appts. Cant recommend.

Easiest car buying experience I've ever has. James was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable with no pressure and really seemed care to about the quality of my buying experience. I will certainly continue to make BMW/Porsche my first choice for my next purchase. Thank you again!

My BMW i3 was just serviced at the BMW Ocala dealer and Gage Ball helped me in the service department. He was very courteous and informative. He was kind, patient and empathetic. Besides his help, they have great customer service. The place is very clean and they have coffee, water and other Starbucks pastries and cookies for their customers. Im a very pleased with the service I got.
