We were hoping to do business with this company. The initial contact was in the first week of May. Steve was friendly, helpful, and thorough when he came to our house to see our projects. We were told we would have a quote in about two weeks. Three weeks passed and no word, so we reached out by text. We heard back on the next business day and said that they would take a look and get back to us. It's been three weeks since then and again, no response. Disappointed we did not have a chance to work with them, and it would have been nice to be kept in the loop.

New Creation Construction has done several jobs for me. Each time they have found hidden problems and done repairs beyond my expectations. This company is amazing. Very clean and organized. I hired them to remodel a space for my new salon. Steve took the time out to explain every step of the process. He did not cut any corners with my project. I feel he went above and beyond. He takes pride in his work and it definitely shows. I am very happy with my choice of contractors. I would definitely use his services again and refer him to anyone looking for a great contractor.

Steve is a miracle worker. He takes pride in all his work. I had a huge remodel and he did it all from the kitchen, bath, laid flooring, painted and made the house a home. I contracted him to install a ramp and the job was done without any plan and it was prefect. I need to find a way to attach pictures. Words do not do his work justice.

I cannot imagine a more excellent handyman/remodeler/helper than Steve Suggs, the owner of New Creation Construction based in Fort Worth, Texas. This week was the second time Steve has come to my house in response to my request for help. I first met Steve when I took advantage of his 8-hours-for-$349 offer for various things I needed done, & I now have another long list of tasks which I plan to ask Steve to do, again under his 8 hours/$349 offer (of course, Steve also has an hourly rate for those clients who don't need eight hours of work). Steve knows how to do & WILL do anything, from the smallest task (like putting on cabinet latches) to the biggest job (such as entirely remodeling a room, house, or business). He comes on the agreed day at the specified time, with all the tools necessary for the project, & completely cleans up the area when he is finished for the day. He is friendly, courteous, patient, & respectful, & another quality which is remarkable to me: He actually LISTENS & he totally fulfills that which the client asks him to do, a quality I have only very rarely found in persons of his profession. AND, when the client tells him about a problem she wishes solved but doesn't know how to do it, Steve is full of ingenious ideas to solve that problem - certainly ways I would never have thought of on my own. He also re-does anything which he decides is not going to achieve the desired goal (usually because the idea I had for "fixing" whatever it is wasn't the best way to do it). I have already recommended Steve to all of my friends or acquaintances who need the services of a remodeler or handyman & certainly wholeheartedly recommend him to any person reading this review & needing the amazing array of services Steve so competently performs.
