Thank you for your review Boyd! We can only apologise if you feel you didnt receive a good experience when talking to Tom. However, we would like to clarify a few points; We always do some initial research on the companies we speak with. But, from our experience, its best to hear it directly from the customer. The main reason being is the amount of information available publicly is limited. The purpose of the call was to discuss your interest in Facebook Advertising. Our questions were geared towards finding out why your last campaigns didnt work and what youre looking to do. By collecting this information, we can then provide some initial feedback and if requested, carry out a thorough analysis of the current marketing strategy! There was a clear communication disconnect which caused the issues you have listed in your review. We can only apologise about this. Regards The Good Marketer

I found Tom rude and obnoxious .He had done little or no research on my company and when I dared to question his attitude and remind him I was the customer he told me he didn't need my money Great shame as product looks great.Might have been a personality clash however if a customer tells you to drop the attitude you would be wise not to become agressive
