I do not understand the poor rating. All we did was quote a small job. I thought our contact with one another was very friendly. We will do anything we can to be helpful to any customer or potential customer. If we did do something you did not like, I wish you would let us make it up to you.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your shirts. When you picked up yesterday, you stated they looked good. You gave us your approval of a full-size proof before we made our screens. We pointed out that one of the shirts did not print well and that we would be replacing it. We gave you the imperfect one as we have no use for it and were hoping you would. We thought that would be a nice gesture of good will. Concerning costs, we are a bit confused by your feedback. We quoted one price, you gave a 50% deposit, and paid the balance when you picked up - the deposit and balance being $0.01 off from one another. Pricing did not change once the order had been placed. You signed your approval on the itemized priced work order before we ordered your shirts. When you called yesterday, your call was promptly returned to address concerns you had regarding your deposit/balance. Again, we are sad to hear your experience was not a good one. We clearly do not want you to be unhappy with our products or services. We welcome an opportunity to have a discussion in order to clarify any miscommunication. Either way, we will be calling you as soon as your replacement shirt is ready for pick up. We appreciate your business. Florida Color

Lack of service. Recently purchased a couple of shirts and was told one price and then there were hidden fees that I was never told of. Comes to find out the design was ruined during the process. The design was smaller than what I told. The price outrageous for what they have given me on top of the hidden fees. I will not be buying from them again!!
