I don't like to give bad reviews. But what happened here was so bad, I feel like I have no choice. I went in at 10:30am for thin foil highlights. (I had them done here before, and since it had been a few months, wanted to add more as my brown roots were taking over.) Ben foiled my hair with me facing away from the mirror. Took about an hour. Then put me in the sink for what I assumed would be a shampoo, and maybe cream rinse, as this is normal procedure. When he finally let me get up out of the sink, it was 3:30! (I kept thinking he was shampooing, but then he would walk away, and it would burn. This happened a few times.) When I finally was allowed to painfully get up, (4 hours is a long time to have your head in a sink) I was shocked to discover that I was all over gray/white, except for the back, which was orange. I decided to leave without a haircut, and I was charged $195. Still in shock, I paid it. In fact, when the girl at the counter commented on my not leaving a tip, I gave her a $20. The manager called me, and offered for me to come back for more toner, but, after 5 hours for the mess they made I was afraid to go back, lest my hair break off completely. I just asked her for a refund for the damage and trauma to my hair, nevermind my psyche, but she refused. Toner will not bring back my natural healthy hair, nor will it add highlights. (He had 5 hours to accomplish this.) She has not agreed to any amount of refund, so besides being terrible at their job, they are also dishonest besides. Go there at your own risk.
