Super disappointed and dissatisfied with my hair. I booked a full highlight and even brought in a photo from their Instagram thinking that would make it easier. I ended up with really dark roots when I specifically said I wanted to be blonder expecting a heavy foil with some lowlights throughout for dimension. Never once did anyone mention they would be doing a ROOT SHADE. That was after he sectioned my hair and added bleach instead of doing all foils like I asked. Now I have random black splotches and lines in my hair and the tone just looks horrible.

Awful uneven chopped up haircut. From far away in the salon it didnt look as bad but I saw it at home it was terrible. I asked the ends to be more feathered so they wouldnt be as heavy and stick out weird. He did the opposite it looks like he was trying sculpt step in my hair. Rough hard edges that are uneven. He even tried to straight it out more by using a razor. Its probably the worse cut I ever had. I wear it in a ponytail till it grows out so i can a proper cut somewhere else.

I am new to the city and I have been looking to find a new salon that is feasible in price. I was looking on google and came across Touss. I booked my appointment through their website. My hair had many dead-ends and Paulo brought my hair back to life. He styled my whole head from color, cut, and blow dry. He framed my face with beautiful layers. He gave me exactly what I wanted. I am extremely happy with the results! I highly recommend Paulo if you are looking for someone with hands of gold. Thank you so much, Paulo! I would like to add that everyone was very friendly and professional. I cant wait to go back and I am very happy I found a new salon that I can count on to do a wonderful job.

This place is very bad he damaged my wifes hair, they bleach it so much and now she has to take care of it by expensive product I do not recommend them, their only concern is money they dont deserve one star even
