So I would give 5 stars but the customer service is a joke. I've been trying to call for the last 4 days (Not including sunday) to get my truck serviced yet no one but sales answers the only person that was of any help was David Brigham who was able to answer some of my warranty questions. Everyone else I tried to call sent me straight to voice mail which are all full by the way.
Called and spoke to Ashley in the Fort Worth location. She was kind, knowledgeable and not pushy. She learned what we wanted and allowed us to drive a new.of vehicles until we choose our Lincoln Navigator. Sale process was easy. Ashley is great to work with and we will return to purchase other vehicles from her. Well done. Update to above review. Have the car approximately 4 months now and the following repairs have been needed, front driver side window control full assembly, front driver side wheel bearing a $500 job, and as I find out from my mechanic and follow up with another mechanic just to confirm the entire front end of the vehicle now needs to be replaced because of the work that was done at the dealership before I purchase the vehicle. This includes the upper and lower control arms the front spindle the upper and lower ball joint and the engine cradle which was bent at the point when I purchased the vehicle. The dealership said they went through a full safety inspection however this was not possible based on the damage done to the vehicle and how the vehicle actually sits when riding. Total bill to replace all needed parts is slightly over $4,500. Dealership said this is my responsibility from the point which I drove it off their lot. So well the car may be slightly reduced in price the old adage you get what you pay for perfectly applies. I thought I had found a great new option in vehicle purchase I was dead wrong. If you choose to buy from this dealership make sure you put your car on the lift prior to purchase and determine that all work has been done to spec.

I went in with intentions to buy a car that ive been wanting for months but havent seen much of in this specific color. I asked the lady at the front desk to test drive it she was very nice but said I had to wait for cameron to get back, 20/25 minutes go by so I go back up to the front and ask if I can test drive it without him they say yes but that the only problem is that the car is already on a test drive. the people that they allowed to go before me just picked the car after test driving another car. You'd think if I came in FIRST for ONE SPECIFIC car I would be priority but clearly not. I guess since im a woman they didnt think I was serious I took my business & money elsewhere.
