Very untrustworthy. We had a tech come to our home to check our furnace and do a tune up and our furnace was red tagged. Someone was asked to come to our home and the tech called us and seemed super inconvenienced by us needing a quote to repair our AC. They told us there were iffy cracks in the furnace and when we had another company come out and look at it it was not true. Super disappointing service.

Poor customer service - I emailed them with a question TWICE over a period of days, and no one ever bothered to respond! Once on Sunday 10/2/22 at 5:43pm and then again Tues 10/4/22 at 7:58am and nothing, zilch, zippo, nada. Zero response. I had used Service Professor more than once in the past, with pretty decent results, but hey if they can't even be bothered to reply back to a customer, why on earth would I ever hire them again? NEXT!!!

We have used Service Professor many times and now have an MVP program membership with them. We are so pleased with their customer service, professionalism, and the high quality of work they do. Today Nathan was our technician. He was great! He took the time to explain how things worked and answered any questions I had. I was impressed with the work he did and appreciated his attention to detail. We have never had a bad experience with this company. They continue to impress us each and every time we work with them. We've had then come out several times for various different issues. Always clean, courteous, and professional. Nick in the plumbing department is great! Edit -- They were great until they dropped the ball on a project. 3 visits and my problem still isn't solved. Drain guy said the plumber would take care of it, plumber said the sewer guys would do it, and the sewer guys asked why the plumber didn't just do it when he was here. I called them several times and was told that a supervisor would call me back to address the issue, but I never heard from them. Was 5 stars, now 2.
