Worst experience!! I had my car for a week and Brian and Ron were not helpful at all! After you sign that line they do not care about what happens next!!! my car was just in the shop for 2 weeks for multiple repairs and even after all the repairs I still have the same issues and noises with this car!! Now I have to again take my car to a shop another time not to mention the out of pocket price I had to pay when they shouldve covered everything. I dont recommend shopping here and if you do take your car to a mechanic during your test drive! Edit in response to reply: If it was supposed to be no deductible or cost to me then i should be reimbursed for the deductible and extra money I did spend! Thx for the info.

Purchased a very nice looking 2011 Jeep with less than 50k on it. 8 months after we here a noise coming from the motor. After taking it to 2 separate local repair shops, we are told a new motor is needed(yes we changed oil religiously). Unfortunately due to the VERY low mileage, we did not buy the aftermarket extended warranty and now we connot afford to fix. After contacting Riverfront Auto we were advised to put it in a local auction. Great idea if we didn't owe 6+ years on it. It will sit out near the road with a nice big sign on it that reads how nice our experience was and where we purchased.
