Good Afternoon Maam, We apologize for the issues however as with most in our industry, residential concrete is not covered by a warranty. Surface cracks unfortunately do occur. We do also recommend you water your yard more especially around the home. At times, this can cause unforeseen sub grade issues we can't control. We did come back and seal the cracks to help prevent any moisture from getting into the pad. That is a strong patio and we appreciate the opportunity.

Very nice people, but we are disappointed in the quality of work on our back patio. First, the concrete stamping was not done well. They tried to smooth out the edges but it still looked bad. Then the sealant wasnt done correctly, so they sent someone to strip the porch and redo it. Now four months after the job was done, concrete is cracking all around where it was laid over existing patio slab, and we are told this just happens sometimes and all they can do is put a sealant in the cracks. We will most likely end up having to hire someone else to completely redo it.
