This is the second time I have had troubles with their tire pump. They never seem to want to fix it or listen when I say it is not working.Today, it removed more air than added. So I am sitting here waiting for AAA with a flat tie. I will no longer buy gas here. Will look for a gas station with working tire pump and more responsive staff.

Waiting on the side of the road in sub zero weather and the tow truck was sent out by AAA. The truck shows up at the nearest landmark as they asked for. Looks right at the car 30 feet from them and says" to late I cancelled the call because the car is not right here" what a joke then you call AAA right back and tell them they call you back 10 minutes later and say" northop will be back in 2-3 houre???? Really while you looked right at the car and pulled away??? Oh yeah you're never going to get my business or my family and friends they will all know about your company !!!!!!

I go to Northup's for whatever my truck needs. Nice staff and they do the job right. Like all service centers, it's gonna take a while, but it's worth it.
