I am COMPLETELY DISGUSTED with this location, they do not value their clients. I am a repeat customer that travels from DC to Baltimore to use their services. After speaking with the owner Lee today, never again! Everything is ok until there is a problem. I will be looking to support Black owned business in the future. I suggest you do the same.

Terrible customer service. Stopped by for a quick estimate on some hood lettering. They wanted my life history to be able to quote a very simple job. 4 hrs later the owner Tim left a msg. Called him right back and he told me to find someone else to do the job. Thats fine i will let everyone i know how they do biz. Worked with his brother Jeff in the past and he was great but he no longer works there. Go figure.
