I was very disappointed to learn that you botched up invitations because you couldn't open a standard PDF design. Which by the way was easily opened at another printing company. The worst part is that you still charged $37 for 1 card. I personally would not recommend this place because nobody should be charged for something that they could not produce. Do the right thing and give that money back and apologize. Word spreads fast!!! You'll lose a lot more money by not doing the right thing.

I worked for print crazee for a month and ended up being very sick for a week. I told them I could come back that Monday and they informed me they didn't need me the coming up week and would let me know when to come back to work. Instead of contacting me and letting me go they silently took me off the schedule and removed me from the team. I tried to call, text, and email them when I noticed to figure out what happened but they never got back to me after multiple attempts to contact them.

So had my graphics done about a 1 1/2 yrs ago a few weeks go by and I told them the problem with the graphics not being the same on one side as the other about 3 to 4 inches different on one side they told me to bring back and will fix since I don't travel north during the winter waited till spring and call and they told me to make a appointment well I am a truck driver and can't make a appointment but they sure did fit me in when I needed them done so I was a couple days out from coming to Nashville IL and called and told them I was coming that way they told me they can't do it to make a appointment told them I can't so a couple months go by and I was coming that way again told me same thing can't fit you inn talked to manager told me same thing have to make appointment and also brought up other issues and all I got was excuses they are unprofessional and can't even fix my stuff without a appointment oh also I live in Texas here are some photos of the clear film coming off and the difference between both sides look at lower window and you will se the difference
