Website is difficult to navigate, and if you need to skip multiple weeks the customer service is terrible!! I'm in the military and needed to skip some weeks and the process is not setup well. You'll end up paying for meals you can't use! Avoid them.

I just started Meal Prep Sunday and cannot say enough good things about it! The sign up process is a breeze and the customer service is impeccable. They were quickly and easily able to accommodate my diet restrictions and responded to my request within MINUTES. On the day of your delivery, you receive a text with a time window from your delivery driver so you dont have to wait around all day. Really appreciated this. This company gets 5 stars from the customer service alone but the meals are equally as incredible. Every single meal Ive tried is great and they have a huge variety. If youre on the fence about this one, just do it. You will not regret it.
Hello Justin the cancelation policy is clearly explained in the emails you mentioned responding to and the welcome text we send out to new clients. The text you are referencing is one that we send out to make sure people get the meals they want each week when they have multiple restrictions on their account. We have a variety of other meals that do not contain red meats, and you asked to cancel the account instead of making any selections. We explain to every customer that we do not modify the meals, only substitute them with others. I am sorry if you felt like we were not accommodating enough for you. Your complaint will be noted and we will do our best to improve our service with this information. I hate to hear anytime a customer didn't have a five-star experience, and we will work to improve this going forward.

Very unaccommodating of dietary restrictions. Before signing up I contacted meal prep sunday to ask if it would be a problem to substitute out red meat - something that is extremely basic and provided by nearly every meal prep service. I was told this would be a simple procedure. After signing up and noting my restriction, both while registering an account, and in response to a menu sent out a day later. Only after Wednesday, when adjustments are no longer able to be made I was contacted via text saying that I could either replace ALL the breakfasts with duplicate meals not containing red meat, or I could "lift the restriction" :/ When I said this wasn't suitable for the price and the fact that nearly every meal delivery service allows you to handle this yourself, in an app or on a webpage with no headache, I mentioned that I would rather just not be charged for this service. I was told that the policy would not allow for this, and I could instead change my delivery date to a Monday or Tuesday, or that I could get it delivered to another address - as if that would rectify the issue with the food. I was also rudely told that they were trying to work around my "long list" of restrictions - a very common restriction that any reputable meal delivery service respects.
