Our stylists work off commission, and the cancelation/late fee policy ensures they can take care of their families. We understand sometimes run late, but we need to keep a cut-off time to ensure our stylists stay on schedule. In the future, please feel free to give us a courtesy call to tell us you are running late and an estimated ETA so we can best assist you and the stylist's schedule. This place is just obnoxious. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. I was a regular customer just because it was convenient. I had gone there about 6 or 7 times at least, never once late, always tipping at least $10. Today I ran into some problems and was running late. I was actually waiting in the left turn lane into their parking lot when they called me. I glanced at the clock, I was 8 minutes late. Answered phone and she asked me if I was still coming in, I said yes, I'm so sorry I'm late, I'll be there in 2 minutes. She then replied well, if you are 10 minutes late we cannot take you today. I could probably make it in 1 minute but I was not about to race to park and sprint to their door. I told her I guess I will just turn around then and she said "thank you!!" with great cheer. They take your credit card when you make the appointment and are going to charge me for a cancellation fee. Now the thing is, if she said oh sorry, you'll have to skip the hair wash to save some time, or you may have to take another stylist, or you'll wait for 30 minutes or whatever I would be OK with it. There is NO way they were completely booked up for the rest of the day. I made appointment the night before and almost half the day was available. They WANT to take your money without giving a haircut. Seriously F this place. I got on my phone and booked a same day appointment at Swagger close by, and ended up getting a much better haircut than I ever got at Man Cave. On top of that they actually seemed to appreciate my business.
They offered everyone that came in something to drink never asked me or my son,first and last time coming here haircut was not very good,guy that cut his hair didnt look very happy
Had an appointment but yet still sat there for 20 mins. Free beer or not my time is valuable and I cant stand that type of unprofessionalism. I was going to The Real Barbershop around the corner but they have drama. All three of the barbers I used were forced to quit. So, I figured why continue to go there. 4.9 stars for Man Cave Salonnot from me. Unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
