I got advertisement mailed to me at my residence and where it was supposed to be addressed to myself or husband it says "su madre" in English it says, your mother. Very insulting. Employees do better.

Unfortunately I must amend my previous review. Devon was very helpful. However, the installers did a terrible job installing the new door I ordered, and claimed they could not re-install the perfectly good storm door they took down. The photo is the door as they left it "finished" on June 18, 2022. No storm door re-installation either. After many upsetting phone calls to Devon and Larry (his supervisor), Larry located a subcontractor to come and trim the door properly and re-install the storm door. The bill came to $300.00 which I was told I had to pay! I paid the subcontractor because I did not want him to have to wait for his money as I have had to wait from 2-23-22 to 6-22-22 to get this project finally done the way it should have been done from the first. If Pella has any interest at all in making this right, they can reimburse me for the $300.00. It won't compensate me for my lost time and peace of mind, but I'd consider the matter closed if I receive the $300.00 that I never should have had to pay. Pella, how about it?

My wife and I recently built a house. We talked to Rick Miedema and he was more than happy to help us, and made the process very easy! He knows what he is doing, so much so that he caught a few windows on our print that were not up to code, and informed us that he could change them to make sure that they were up to code. Great customer service that made building our first home a much less stressful experience than we had worried it would be. I will be using Pella, specifically Rick, for all of my window and door needs in the future!

I have been waiting around a year for my slider. The first one they tried to install ~6 months ago was the wrong one. Update: They installed my door today. The screen does not seal/close fully. Consider other companies. Note: I responded to their comment yesterday and haven't heard back yet.
