WORST PLACE TO BUY A SUIT BEWARE!!! Fitted for a suit and was told that they would alter the suit when it came. When it was time to make adjustments Ricardo told me that I had a large seat and they could not help me SMH that is the whole point of going there. I went back and forth with them for weeks after finally agreeing to have it tailored elsewhere they lost my suit and told me I had abandoned it.. BEWARE once they get paid your suit does not matter!! $861 and no Suit.
very poor customer service brought many suit from the store in the westchester mall never had a issue .Recently my suit pocket had a minor defect when open up the seam and there was no pocket. I was told that I opened the wrong seam.The manager Jacob was nasty told me its a common mistake and its 20 dollars to fix. Nice brought 28 suits over 3 years and you are hitting me up for 20 dollars..I have been a loyal customer and thats how you treat a client.Guys your not the only show in town and Jacob your in the wrong field you need to learn the meaning of customer service its not always about the the buck if you want repeat business.In the past I have sent friends and relatives to get suits and shirts. Never again and I will get corp involved you treat the client poorly and you wont be in business very long with that attitude.UNHAPPY CLIENT

If only I could give negative stars to this place, as they almost ruined my wedding day. I had used the Mysuit Herald Square location happily for many years, but decided to try their Westchester Mall location. That was a mistake. I was measured by the store manager, Jacob Warren. I needed a tuxedo for my October Wedding date. He seemed a bit rushed to measure me at my appointment and pointed out that the previous measurement from mysuit were way off. Almost insinuating that I got fat, but I was willing to overlook the possibly inadvertent insult. When I returned a few weeks later with my fiance for a fitting, that's where things really got bad. The suit fit horribly and the measurements were horribly off. The pants were absurdly tight, and the jacket was too big. Even the pants seemed to be 2 different lengths. When we pointed this out to Jacob, he became offended. He told us to calm down and that we were asking for too much. All the adjustments we requested were reasonable. I told him his attitude that atrocious. He then threw a hissy fit and told me that mall security was on the way to remove me from the store and that I was banned from his store forever. Jacob has no business having dorect contact with customers. He is horribly unprofessional. There was no way I was going to accept such horrid treatment from a company I was spending over $1,200 in. I refused to accept delivery of the suit (and shirt) and informed them that I wanted to contact mysuit corporate. They said there was only a generic email. I wrote to this email and got no response. When a company like this has no customer service phone number, this is a very bad sign. After researching higher ups at the company we came up with a few email addresses and forwarded our complaint to them and threatened to contest the charges to my account. Finally, we got a reluctant response. There was no apology. After a follow up email, they then sent me a check for a full refund. I used to think highly of this company l, but I think things have gone down hill for them since this category had become so crowded. There are much better options than this company such as Indochino and Suit supply. I was lucky enough to find another custom suit company to fill my wedding tux order on short notice and saved the day for my wedding. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this company! They are running a cut rate operation and offer no recourse or support to their customers. Just say NO to mysuit, especially their Westchester location.
