Tom, Thanks for editing your review to shine some light on the instances you're referring to, this helps clear up your complaint. Just to be clear, Tom, you're saying you received promotional text messages from us (where we shared some Christmas discounts with you and others) over one year ago (from the time of your review)? We apologize if these discount messages made you upset, especially since we have hundreds of people that request getting discounts and specials from us, as we have them. That being said, have you received any text messages from us since 2017? We've looked for your name "Tom Dodge" in our message list and we don't see it. If you have gotten a text from us within the last year, all you need to do is reply "STOP" to any promotional text message and you'll be automatically taken off of our text list. Our texts say, "to opt out, reply STOP" (because we respect our customer's right to opt-out of promotional material. Thanks again for the clarification and take care.

This business took my cell phone number to alert me of my order completion. Later, they used my number to blow me up with advertising and promotional text messages. Not cool, buy a t-shirt from someone who respects your privacy and personal information. The incident occurred Nov. 20, 2017 as part of 24 Hour Tees 25 Days of Christmas promotion. They were promoting $10 shirts and invited customers to visit the website to see the deals. I have the screenshots of the text message exchange. Unfortunately, Im unable to post them here. If anyone else experienced this please post your review.
