Hey Caroline, Im sorry to hear that youre unhappy with your hair. I wish you would have let us know right afterwards because the last thing I want is for someone to be unhappy with the service we provide. I have the utmost confidence in the stylists and barbers here and that is a process that we do pretty regularly without incident. Its not very often that someone can achieve the level of blonde that they want in one session if theyre naturally dark, it usually takes at least two.

I got all over blonde 7 months ago. The hairstylist did not let the color lift enough and now Ive had an ugly gold color in my hair ever since. Ive tried covering it up and even paid hundreds of dollars at another salon to fix it. Im just now starting to go blonde again and that ugly color is STILL in my hair. Im so frustrated at this point that Im considering just dying it all over brown even though I do not want to. I dont know why the stylist said she could do something like that no problem when she really couldnt.
Im sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us Jeremy. I know its frustrating to have your hair, mustache, or beard not cut the way you wanted etc especially when youve been working on growing it out or having it a certain way and now have to wait for it to grow back. Steve did a good job with my hair, no complaint on that. But he destroyed my mustache and said nothing about it. I wont be coming back.

Great place with great people! I am a guy with long hair and I was nervous about getting my first hair cut in a while, but Hollie did an amazing job and made me presentable again! lol
