I would love to give this a 5 star raving review!!!! But my very first contact was a woman that was incredibly rude. Ive never been treated so poorly. Several staff heard it and apologized. I was yelled at and told it was my attitude which we hadnt even entered the facilty . We have been before and have not had this experience. It was bad enough that I am unsure if we will return. Its too bad bc I actually Loved most of the staff. I hope no one has to deal with this treatment or this person after today. God bless
The company and their refund policy is absolutely FRAUDULENT. Their refund policy specifically states In the event a named tropical storm or hurricane approaches Orlando, Tampa, or a guest's hometown, the parks will reschedule or refund any vacation package and/or individual park tickets. The date I was scheduled to go to the park, Saturday June 4th 2022 Tropical Storm Alex had rain bands and wind in Orlando. The entire day was without a ray of sun, raining all day and with a decent breeze that made it quite chilly. Per their policy, I am owed a refund, and yet they are refusing their own policy. They claim the park wasnt closed. Yet nowhere in their policy does it state the park has to close, just that a storm must approach. They expect you to pay an obscene amount, not be able to use it on your booked day due to weather and have the audacity to drop it in your lap and refuse a refund violating their own policy. They dont know who they messed with.
What an amazing place. This is our 3rd time here but the first time renting a cabana. Its expensive but for a special occasion like college graduation it was worth it. Ashley our cabana person was awesome. We will come back again soon.
HOW CAN A PLACE GO DOWN HILL SO MUCH !Our third and last time here !! If you are travelling any distance to this place have a serious think ! Our dolphin swims were delayed by nearly 3 hours meaning we had to be at the park over 9 hours ! Missed dinner reservations ! Amazingly bad customer service by a rude and hard faced receptionist - if we dont want to wait we can come back another day - WE LIVE IN ENGLAND !!! The staff are now Gestapo like in stopping you taking your own photos so they can sell their own ridiculously over priced ones . This was our favourite park , its lucky Disney know how to do customer service still otherwise is would of been vacation !!
