We're sorry you had this experience at our auto repair shop, Jayme. Sometimes the work we do takes a little longer than expected, but that's only because we want to take time to ensure we do a good job for our customers. Our hardworking staff loves the work they do to help our community drive their best -- we'd never have an attitude about it. We hope you have a better understanding of how we operate now. -Motorworks Team

Waste of time, the tech had a attitude like he didnt want to do the work. I went for a simple tire balance but he informed me that my car was to low and it will take him over a hour to balance 4 tires because he would have to use a floor jack. I will not be going back there again!
Well this isnt exactly what happened Andrea. You brought the vehicle in on Dec 2, 2019 stating the vehicle was losing coolant, we pressure tested your cooling system and test revealed the intake manifold was cracked and needed to be replaced (coolant runs through the intake). You declined the work at that time and we didnt charge you anything for figuring this out for you. You came back 3 days later and requested we performed the repairs. You also added several services to be performed at the same time, which we did and it all added up to $1000. Your original repair estimate for the coolant leak was less than half of that amount. After the intake was replaced, we pressure test it again and no leaks were present. It can take time after the system was able to pressurize, to find other leaks. So when you brought it back 2 weeks later, we informed you that the hose clamps that may have been installed by another repair shop before you owned it (just 6 months prior) and they needed to be tightened up, which we did at no charge. You brought it in today 1-2-20 and we informed you the radiator has a crack and is leaking. Again, no charge. This has nothing to do with the work we performed previously. You have to understand your vehicle is a 2004 Explorer with over 170,000 miles on it. Things are going to happen. We have bent over backwards to help you out the past couple of years and must say Im a little disappointed you think we really tried to take advantage of you. All your other vehicles that you brought in are also much older with a lot of miles and we would check out the issues and never charge you for our diagnosis.

Very disappointed, I have been taking my cars to them for a few years but within the last year or so I have been very disappointed. 1st I took my van to have the A/C which was messed up, spoke with the owner n he apologize saying that everyone in the front got fired cause they have been causing a lot of miss communication w/the mechanics. So of course I gave him the benefit of doubt and took my SUV to them cause I had a coolant leak they told me it was the mount fold and gaskets everything else looks good $1000. 000 2 weeks after having it fixed I notice it leaking again, took it back was told that may take a few weeks but they will look, they called me and told they dont see any leaks but they will keep and continue to see if theres a leaks. 4:56pm I called them to see if my car is ready n they said ur has been ready since earlier. I asked what was wrong w/and was told the gentleman had left already, that she was not sure. I was told my car will b left outside w/the keys under the mat since they are closing. Got a call the next day and was told it was the claps on the hoses that was causing the leak so they tighten them at no charge. Well the leak is still there, took it this morning and NOW am told its the radiator and because its been over 2 months they cant do anything about it. Im so upset that I started crying, just because am a women doesnt mean they should take advantage of me. I asked to have a print out of everything that has been done to my car. When I when to pick it up I was asked to sign a form that said N/C I told her no she said then give me back the papers, gave them back to here and left. Not once was I rude or disrespectful to them, yes the ladies up front are great but that doesnt give them the right screw people over. VERY UPSET

We went there because we had a problem with either our truck brakes or RV brakes. We had no idea who could check this out. Allen Untrue found the problem and I doubt that anyone else could have tracked it down other than him. Everyone that worked there was fantasy and I highly recommend them.
