The food served here is not good. The service is great, which earned them stars. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs - spaghetti has weird wide/hollow noodles that were somehow undercooked and hard as if they had been sitting in a hot well and they scraped the pasta off the bottom of the pan, the sauce was bland, and the meatballs were as if they were pre-made, frozen, then cooked on an oven sheet; gross.I also ordered the garlic bread, the bread should have been grilled, but it was burned and they just covered up the burned parts with cheese. Expensive, not good food. Would not recommend, will not return.

So disappointed. I made an online order and when I get to the restaurant (20 minutes after pickup time) the order wasn't ready; supposedly they lost the ticket with the other (makes no sense, it's an online order)... at the end I waited 1 HOUR for my pick up order to be ready. When I got my order the burger was ONLY MEAT, CHEESE AND THE BREAD!!!! As you can see on the picture on the right it was supposed to come with all those ingredients but instead I got what is shown on the left picture... unexpectable, so disappointed at the wait time and food prep. For a restaurant like this high end I expect my order to be just like I ordered. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!
