After a phone call describing the details, the lawyer asked us to come into the office to discuss our case with the managing partner. He further stated they have affordable payment plans, just as their website indicates. We show up, waiting in their waiting area. A man walks out, says our name and leads us into the small room with a round table. He never bothers to introduce himself. He begins speaking to us with great skepticism. Of, no problem, we can prove innocence, he's challenging the merits, doing his job as he sees fit. It was the great amount of disrespect and his decision that we do not deserve to be treated with any simple human dignity that was the problem. His arrogance was felt as well as his superiority of tolerating our less than worthy lives in his office. I hope he keeps his balance on that high horse. People deserve simple human respect and in the least, basic human dignity. To further make his message clear that we are not worthy of his time, he stated it would be $35,000 due in full today, to hire him. We thanked him for his time and our family walked out with our tails between our legs and no dignity at all as he sat and glared at us in disgust while we waited for the elevator. It was humiliating and unacceptable. Everyone deserves to be treated with simple respect and decency. We gave it to him while he treated us with disgust.

I don't usually share bad reviews. But I was sorely disappointed with this law firm (I'll recommend a better one at the end of this review). Dunham and Jones was eager to take my payment. After that, they promptly abandoned me! Here are some examples: 1. They reset my court case for OVER A YEAR and never once did I receive an email from my lawyer explaining what was going on. I was totally in the dark. 2. When I did email my lawyer I never received a response (except once). I always had to call up the office, which meant I had to speak to a secretary with zero knowledge of my case. 3. When they finally stopped reseting my court date, I was informed that my lawyer had dumped me onto someone else. The new lawyer was therefore unfamiliar with my case, and she seemed eager to just wrap it up. 4. The judge threw the book at me. I didn't perceive much effort on the part of my lawyer to reduce the sentence. I was left with community service, an interlock device, some sort of alcohol class, random UA, and the threat of a case officer dropping into my house or place of employment whenever they want. I should have gone with Greg Trichter. I spoke to him at one point and he was giving me all sorts of advice before we even officially met. Dunham and Jones treated me like just a number. They left thousands of dollars richer. I was left abandoned, and am now paying out the you-know-what for the remainder of my probation.
