If I wouldve known waiting times were at least an hour and half, I wouldve looked somewhere else, Ive had to come 3 times already for follow ups, each one of them scheduled and each time the wait is over an hour and half, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Update: Took literally half a year for them to confirm my contacts because they kept getting the trial prescription wrong each time. And even after all this, they are charging me $200 for the second follow up that I needed to get once they finally ordered the correct trials.

I waited a month for glasses, did not receive any calls or updates upon my order, they also blocked my number so I would not call, I had to call from my other phone and they picked up and put me on hold for a long time, I do not recommend this place.
