Mr. McRae, I apologize, if you are experiencing unfavorable results with the postal service. However, you instructed us to ship your product, so we did as instructed. However and as you and I discussed in great length, we can not be held responsible for said package once it leaves our dock. Yes sir, we quoted and charged $20.00 for shipping and handling. Again, this was quoted and you happily accepted, correct? The $20.00 was to cover ALL costs (dunnage, resources/man power to pack & ship, misc. materials and ultimately the $12.50 the postal service charged) for the shipping and handling. If you truly believe that our time and the materials required to pack and ship is not worth the $7.50 above the $12.50 the postal service charged, then I will gladly refund you the $7.50. Concerning your negative review and negative comments... Lets please be completely upfront, clear and honest on the events as they truly unfolded... We produced and shipped your product. Several days later, you call to inform us that "the package had not arrived". While on that phone call, with you, we looked up the tracking and the tracking showed the package had in fact been delivered the day before you called. We provided you with the tracking number as well, correct? Again, the tracking showed the package had been delivered to the address you (not your address?) you instructed it be shipped to. This conversation and version ("package has not arrived") of the story was maintained for a two to three days. Then, your claim changed from "the package has not arrived" to "the package had arrived, but had been opened and there were no contents inside the package"... There were other conversations where you explained something about your cousin had the [package, your cousin's girlfriend had placed the package behind a door and didn't tell anyone, and so on... Again, there have been a multitude of phones calls between yourself, my staff & I, and each conversation when into much more depth and concern than just (as you explained in your review) "he's respond was sorry we packaged it properly then sent me a shipping receipt". On one particular phone call, between you and I, I went into great detail as to how to go about filing a claim with the postal service, as and even though you did NOT request, we had the package insured on your behalf, correct? And, that phone call (between you and I) ended with me asking you to please file your claim with the postal service and to please let me know the outcome, as my hope was that they would honor the insurance claim and pay at least that portion. My intent/plan was to hear back from you and to learn what the postal service did or did not cover, and then I was planning to assist in having replacement signs made, but I guess that plan wasn't sufficient for you, correct? I also noticed and find it interesting that you left the postal service negative feedback, on this same issue, as well. While no one other than yourself, or your cousin, or your cousin's girlfriend truly knows if the package in fact arrived empty... Providing it did and in my humble opinion, the postal service is truly where your efforts need to be given. However, you felt led to leave us this negative feedback, which is your right, but I assure you... We strive to go above and beyond with ALL of our clients, which I believe our track record shows, and I was planning and willing to go above and beyond in this case as well, as I was waiting to hear the outcome on the insurance claim. I ordered 3 sighs which came to $129, I received an open and empty box. The postal deliver said it was open when she received it. I reported it to the seller he's respond was sorry we packaged it properly then sent me a shipping receipt for $12.50 I was charged $20 by the seller for shipping and offered no other assistance. Beware of people like this I would give them no stars. It's a shame but the seller just didn't care. Would not recommend them to anyone based on their attitude to have a satisfied customer and would have done repeated business
