The prices are similar to buying new, way too high for what you're getting. much of the stock is clearly used/abused. On my way out I thought maybe I would grab a 4 ft power strip. It wasn't priced so I asked, they wanted $40 for it, the same thing new on Amazon is $27... I went out empty handed and the person followed me out and around the block as if I had stolen something. I recommend Craigslist or other used office furniture shops...

We try hard to give excellent customer service. The chair was not purchased from us, but we wanted to get it fixed for him, if possible. Unfortunately, we had to notify the customer that we couldn't determine when our repair person (an independent company) would be able to do the repair. In addition, we would of needed to order a new part for his chair, which might not have arrived for a month or more. Sorry he had an unpleasant experience.

Terrible experience here. I initially went in looking for a new chair as my old Herman Miller had part of the back rest support break. Mentioned this to the salesperson and they told me that they have someone who should be able to fix it, and there's probably no need to buy a new chair. I think great, I'll just fix what I have. I call them back the next week to confirm I can bring my chair in and get it fixed and they say bring it by. I drop off the chair only to get a call back the next day saying we aren't doing repairs but we'll give you credit for your old chair towards a new one. I wouldn't have minded if they'd told me they couldn't fix my specific chair, but they weren't even going to look at it. The whole ordeal was a waste of time. I'm sure their sales are great but be wary of them offering to fix your used furniture.
