Had a good experience the first time I went. I booked a same-day appointment online and got a text a few hours later saying that the guy I booked with isn't coming in, so someone else would do it. No problem. Jonathan was a skilled professional and I really liked how it came out. I tipped $10 on top of the already pricey $30 men's haircut. Today (about three weeks later) I tried to go back and booked same-day online again. Again a call a few hours later, but this time it's that he had a "very light load today" and he "doesn't feel like coming in for that." Wrong answer. I won't be back.

Ariels break is at 2 oclock, he did not tell you " he feels like taking a break" he said, " well i was going on break"....to your very rude "what?...you dont want to cut my hair" There were 2 of us left in the shop, and i was finishing my haircut to fit you in between appointments and accomodate you. This is why there is a list for signing in. The first available will approach you when they are free, for a walk in. If a barber doesn't go to the list its because he is on break, or busy and waiting on an appointment. Your apparently, emotionally charged response...should be more carefully evaluated in the future please. We have the rating we do for a reason. You chose to ask a rude question, and rate us at one star, because the barber that finished his client had his break and could not take you? You also walked out within 3 min of your turn to be serviced by the next available person. If the barbershop you submitted here again, so rudely, is so legitimate as you sate....why were you here? We let all rude people walk out, we are sorry. We wish you the best

Idk how this place runs a business like this. I walk in two barbers just stare at me dont say a word. I see a sign in sheet put my name down wait 20min. 3rd barber from the door finishes his cut starts cleaning and organizing his space. Walks by me 2-3 times starts sweeping the floor geling his hair and brushing his beard??? So i walk over and ask if he can cut my hair? He tells me he feels like taking a break. Its just erks me that u couldve told me when i walked in or after u finished the cut but this was just such an unprofessional childish way to handle things. On top of that they let me walk right out the door. Since my patronage isnt appreciated im glad i didnt waste my money here. Anyways @ Blessed Barber Shop and the cut is legit and the services is on point.

Ive been getting my hair cut by Carlos for the last couple of months and he does an awesome job! Ill definitely be one of his regulars because the cuts always look good and hes very consistent. Definitely coming back
Im sorry Cecilia, im sure we just saw you today to fix your husbands haircut, since he did not ask for the proper haircut in his first visit. One that you would approve of in length in the sides. We did this second haircut, when your husband brought you with him to be serviced, so he could have your approval. We did not charge you and did our best to appease your wants. We did have other clients that booked appoinements and could not just jump to your service. Shawn takes his time to provide, quality services. If you dont like his speed, you could try the owner. Which is why i assume you asked me to do his haircut after having to wait. Im sorry you felt the need to give the business a 1 star recommendation, but this your entitled to. However, ine cannot say they are slow....when we have appoinements to cater to over your walk in, and you have not tried all members to access their speed. Thanks again for your business and feedback regardless. We wish you the best on your future endeavors and hope you find a fast, cheap, and good barber out there for yourself and your husband.
