There are a few problems with this review. First of all, you did have an iPad 4 and an iPad Air repaired in my shop but that total cost was only $228. Next, I use only the highest quality parts and they do not crack on their own. I pay extra for the good screens because I am building an honest business by providing speedy repairs with high quality parts and offering a 90 day warranty that I honor. You are mistaking warranty with insurance. There is no shop that will do free repair work under warranty when someone breaks their device again. I offered you a greatly discounted price to have them repaired again but you refused. I am active in the repair community and I read all the time about how people will come back after breaking their devices again and blame the shop because they dont want to pay to have it fixed again. This is the first time it has happened in my shop except you took it one step further. You told me you were going to leave this bad review if I did not fix your devices for free. That is extortion and I told you then I would not stand for it. I work hard making an honest living and I refuse to allow people like you to take advantage of me. You need to buy insurance that will cover all the devices that you break and not try to extort the small business that works hard to offer the community an honest service at a reasonable price. I wish you the best of luck and if you decide to come back for the repair of those devices you are welcome back.

I had 2 iPad screens replaced here. Both cracked within weeks of being replaced under minimal wear and tear. One of the iPad screens even cracked while in an otter box on a low impact fall, the other started cracking without being dropped. I called to see about a warranty, none was in place for damage....just defects. The problem is that the screens were so cheap that damage was guaranteed. I can only speculate, but I believe the screens used by this business are the cheapest available and then sold for $100+ with the replacement. We paid $250 to have our screens repaired and are right back where we started. Save yourself the trouble and just pay for Apple Care and have screens replaced by the manufacturer. The owner's response is bogus. He must have me confused with someone else. The cost I posted is straight from my credit card statement and i absolutely did not threaten a bad review. I still have the text message exchange. This bad review is purely based upon the poor product that I received.

Awsome awsome is all I can say! Had my phone fixed the first time had a crack in the new screen and Jon said he would replace it because sometimes he gets them shipped broken and had it fixed in no time! I highly recommend him for all and any broken phone needs! Very 100000% satisfied with his work!

Im sorry you stormed out before we could explain. You have a Samsung and they are the most expensive Brand to repair. I tell all my Samsung customers that if they have insurance its far cheaper to file a claim than to repair a Samsung. If they do not then we can replace the expensive screen. iPhones on the other hand are much cheaper to repair.
