They constantly miss pickup, when called they say they will come the next day and never do. Thanks to Charlie Dooley we are stuck with these ridiculous trash districts, and no competition for this business. We cant fire them and hire someone else, that might actually do what they are getting paid to do. I assume there are a lot of officials getting kickbacks under the table from these people. How else could they still be doing what they do. Charging for services they do not even show up to provide. We need to stand together and urge our representatives to abolish these trash districts, which force us to keep using these useless pieces of trash haulers, like Waste Connection.

I am always up to date with my bill. And for some reason they make it a habit to skip my trash this is very frustrating. An to get a hold of anyone is worst. Very unprofessional
