Hi Alex, I apologize for some the confusion can be understandable. 1. Raffle winners are notified via their app. Q. When does this app update? 2. Your phone internet, monthly services, are all variables beyond our control. Refresh your phone, do not turn notifications off. We assume no responsibility over the medium used to enter/win a raffle. If you do not see a notification there is nothing a team member can do to help answer questions as it is not within their control. Q. If I won, how long do I have to pick up the shoes? 3. Launches on weekday(s) minus any holidays, which could land on a weekday are typically all day. Launches on weekend(s) are shorter, the raffle ticket created to enter these raffles state the time when any winners who have not claimed their winning shoes may be sold to the general public. While we strive to achieve the best service possible, we could from time to time fall short. I hope to learn more through your example, and would welcome a dialogue allowing us an opportunity to remedy this situation so that it is not repeated in the future. Thank you again.

I Simply called to ask a question about a sneaker raffle I was in it was 6:27 pm I asked the employee who answered when would I find out if I won or lost the raffle ? His response was if you didnt get notified you won by now means you lost ? Even tho the app said enrolled with no answer his response was it will say you lost tomorrow. So than I ask him well hypothetically if I did win somehow how does picking up the sneakers work do I have all day to pick them up the next day ? I couldnt believe he straight up lied to me and said yes you have all day to pick them up mind you I believed him had no reason not to. The app 15 mins later declares me a winner with a message saying you have 11am to 2pm to pickup the shoes. Now thinking about the conversation the employees belittling tone clearly lying to me makes reconsider going back to this location.. no reason for him to assume and clearly lie
Exchanging merchandise or trying to get a refund or store credit. Initially was a little bit frustrated unable to get refund. We were able to exchange. But there were many rules. The manager helped steer us to the available merchandise. Very Busy, only two associates working.
Staff was super friendly and attentive to customer service as soon as I walked into the store. Purchased a couple of pairs and staff was helpful in finding the right size not only for myself but also my sister. Definitely will be returning soon.
