The short version: I'm beyond disappointed with their inability to keep correct account records/info and issues showing up on the wrong day or not at all for scheduled appointments. Sadly all of the above happened to me. The long version: I called PJ Fitzpatrick about a gutter cleaning. Of course they wanted to provide an estimate for new gutters or repairs first. Fine, the appt was scheduled for a Friday when I was going to be home anyway so I was willing to start there. But I did schedule the gutter cleaning in advance anyway, knowing I wanted that done at a minimum. The first mistake was that someone came two days early for the estimate. I happened to be home, and the gentleman was extremely nice, but I was a bit confused that they showed up two days early. I was told I didn't necessarily need new gutters, that I should just proceed with a cleaning for now. He told me that they would cancel the appt for the Friday estimate, and would keep the cleaning appt for the following Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday, the day of my gutter cleaning. I take the afternoon off to be home, and they are a no show. I call several times and wait on hold quite a while for a customer service rep. When I finally get someone they say that the appt was cancelled on Monday. The rep said that they called an outdated number on the account (which I had updated previously when all of the appts were initially scheduled) and the appt was cancelled. What a disappointment on so many fronts. I will be taking my business elsewhere which is frustrating as I have to start the process all over again and wait another several weeks to get a cleaning scheduled.

Eric was my technician for today. Eric was on time, very knowledgeable of his trade. Answer all my questions with patience. Eric made sure that I understood the condition of my roof. Eric didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Eric took his time on my roof top, took pictures, explained them to me. Showing me actually what repaired I needed. I've had other roofers come out concerning my roof. But none of them was as thorough as Eric... I thank you Eric for your service! What can I say! I'm very pleased!
