I paid $100 today for a plumber to come give an estimate to replace a tub faucet, shower faucet, and fix a sink drain plug. Work I've had done in my last home for around $150-200. The plumber they sent was kind and professional, but quoted me $1500. When I said that was insane, he offered 15% off if I join their "maintenance plan". Absolutely not. Complete waste of $100 to get a quote that outrageous. They can make money hand over fist like that without ever picking up a tool. No thank you.
According to our records, the technician cleaned system and checked the operations for $33. As explained, humidifier service is extra and includes cleaning of the humidifier and drain as well as replacing the humidifier pad. A yearly maintenance membership was purchased at this time. I am sorry if there was any type of miscommunication. ~Tina

Scheduled the $33 maintenance special, but apparently that covers absolutely nothing so $200 later (HVAC system is only 2 years old)...we get 3 more "visits"...for what? Who knows...

I am very sorry to hear this. According to our records, the AC was running fine and found issues with a few things regarding the furnace. The capacitor was undersized and we quoted to replace the inducer motor and collector box. We also suggested not to run the furnace until repairs or replacement was made. My stars are based on the fact that they called and showed up on time. He was polite and respectful. However, I feel he was not very knowledgeable. I called your company for a second opinion. I did not tell him any specifics on what the other company had found because I wanted to see if the same conclusions were reached. After this young kid told me everything with the furnace seemed to be running fine. I then asked him about the crack in the collector box. He said oh I didnt check that he then told me he could not get his hand back there to check and he had no camera equipment to check it so if I saw a crack through the other company then yes, it needs to be replaced. I then proceeded with some other questions relating to what the other company had found.The fact was, at that point, I no longer trusted his opinion or answers. I will not be using your company again.
