We originally ordered in November 2021 for Agent gifts for Christmas. We were given a delivery time in December and we were happy. Then a couple days later we were asked if we'd like to switch our order since there would be a delay in shipping and we wouldn't get it until January 7, 2022. Here we are at January 10, 2022 and no order has been received along with no communication from ePromos Promotional Products. We give our agents a nice gift each year to show our appreciation for all their hard work. Needless to say, we are EXTREMELY disappointed. I read some reviews and several years ago they were full of satisfied customers. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the latest reviews can say the same.

I have never used ePromos before, and probably won't ever again. I placed an order for a promo item and approved the second artwork proof. The items showed up with the first artwork - not what I accepted. It's been 7 days now and I am still getting the runaround; ePromos people keep saying the case is being reviewed. My promo items were ordered early to put into Christmas cards and I probably won't have anything now. Stay away from this outfit.
