As our garments are custom and made-to-measure from scratch, for general orders our tailors do require 3-4 weeks to create them from the time of placing your order. We are unable to produce any garments in 7-10 days, and our industry trained Stylists communicate this to every client in order to set and meet expectations, upon placing a customer's order. This delivery time-frame is also clearly stated on all our branded collateral and online. If a customer chooses to get measured in a Showroom, once an order has been placed all of the customer's unique measurements will be immediately saved to their online InStitchu profile, removing the need to ever re-measure a customerone of the conveniences and highlights of our efficient business model. These measurements are used to create your tailored garments, and we would therefore not need to remeasure you a second time, that is why hearing that you required a second measurement is conflicting. Once a garment arrives to our New York Showroom, it is kept in the Showroom for your next fitting, given this we are not sure how it would have taken one hour for our Stylist to locate your garment. InStitchu's Perfect Fit Guarantee ensures that if your garment is anything but perfectly fitted we will alter, remake or refund your garment ensuring that no customer walks away unsatisfied. It's too bad Google hasn't come up with a 0 star option yet. This place lacks customer service all around. You're gonna hate the way you're treated ... I guarantee it. I get fitted for a suit and am told to come back 7-10 days later to pick it up. I go back and am told to wait ("You're going to have to wait") even though there is literally no other customer in the vicinity. Outstanding customer service! After 10 minutes of stalling, the gentleman behind the counter ventures to look for the suit. He comes back after ANOTHER 10 minutes and tells me he can't find the suit. He says other people are looking for it. After another ONE HOUR I'm told they can't find the suit. I have to now get fully remeasured after waiting 90 minutes and now go back after ANOTHER 7-10 days. No accountability. No apology. No money back. Bad attitudes. This store was operating in an unbelievably awful manner and against standard procedure - one even escalated to their district manager.
