We walked in the store and apparently they had closed 15 minutes prior. The lady that was there was very rude. I don't recommend anyone that could be rude when someone is trying to have a special day. The door should have been locked if they were closed
Hunter, we sympathized with you and tried working with you. Our contract was very clear in several places that you signed stating no refunds but rescheduling was allowed - which we did. This was not just us, you decided on a package deal with a venue. The venue received a non-refundable deposit. We gave you a credit, rescheduled your wedding and with a short notice you decided to cancel your wedding because of your finances for traveling back to FL. We never want unhappy customers and tried to accommodate. We followed the contract that we agreed to. Small businesses cant operate with people changing their minds and expecting a refund. Covid had nothing to do with you canceling your wedding the second time. Covid has effected many, including our family and business. We wish you and your partner all the best. Many blessings.

Initially went in to rent some gear to have a small wedding at my grandparents farm. I allowed them to up sell me on an event package which was a difficult decision as I wanted the memories on my family farm. Two days before our wedding my fiancé tested positive for COVID so we had to cancel last minute and rescheduled for the next year. Our lives ended up changing and we moved across the country. We needed to cancel our wedding but they denied the request and kept all the money and claim they have a no refund policy. Its amazing in times like these that a company could keep over $1,000 for a service you never received. Photographer, food service, and hotels all willing to refund in good faith but not this company. I thought losing my dream wedding was bad enough.
They tell people that they dont look good in dresses and they care if you take photos when they shouldnt because its your day to look for a dress and its your special day not theirs but other than that there services is great.
