Thank you for your feedback. It looks like you got us on a bad day. For that, I am sorry. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and I know that you have been the recipient of that when you needed emergency contact lens trials this spring. On a weekend. After-hours. And you are right, we do have a new employee, that unfortunately, relayed to you incorrect information. We are working on correcting that, thank you. I would like to point out that the contact lens prescription that was written for you this spring is now only sold in 12 packs. It is no longer available in boxes of 6, so our optician wasn't trying to upsell you. She was simply attempting to educate you and sell you a product that was actually available. We have attempted, several times, to contact you to resolve this situation and I am hopeful that you will return our calls so we can discuss this further.

I honestly don't know how this clinic went downhill so fast. 1st of all there is a new guy that works there that has absolutely no idea what he's doing . I went there to try a sample pair of contacts cause I ran out, and I'm a -8 which is bad. The guy says they don't hand out samples, when they always give me a sample pair to try out before ordering. I tell him this and he walks to the back "to find out" comes back and says they can't do that. So ok, I ordered a sample pair. The new employee calls me the day after, asking if I want to order a box I said I have to wait to try the new contacts to see if they work. He then asks me if I want to order a sample pair..ok I thought he had already done that. So I told him to please order them. I was told they would be there on Monday. Keep in mind it was Wednesday when all this was happening. I show up Monday to pick up my contacts and the employees at the front desk are clueless of whats going on. The new employee is there and says "I left you a message to see if you wanted to order your sample pair" I told him yes I heard the message... and called you right away.. as in I spoke to you shortly after that and you were going to order contacts.. he starts looking at all his notes completely clueless of what he's doing and finally anther gal that works there came to help. She went to the back and guess what... she grabbed a sample pair of contacts for me. She then told him that he didn't need to order a pair because they have them in stock. I finally had contacts and could see!! I was pretty upset at the fact that I was almost a week without contacts basically blind, when all he had to do was ask someone in the building who knew what they were doing for help. Well I call 3 weeks after cause the contacts worked out just fine but guess what I was told... they couldn't order 1 box per eye, which was all I needed till my insurance renewed so they could only order 6 boxes per eye or 12.. and that I would get a discount. I said I didn't need that much. Again, she tried convincing me that I needed a 12 pack.. I once again said I only need 1 box.. finally she said they couldn't do that. I've just about had it with this place I have never been to a clinic more money hungry than this one. Take your business elsewhere and avoid all these headaches.

I am so sorry to hear about this negative experience that you had. At Vivid Eye Care, we take customer service very seriously and believe that each customer should be greeted warmly, and that the entire buying experience should be pleasant and easy. I have spoken with the aforementioned employee and I promise that, should you decided to return and kindly give us one more try to make things right, your experience would be vastly different. Again, I am sorry that this happened.

I went in here for the first time literally ready to purchase new glasses. I brought in my prescription and already had a frame in mind in case I didnt find anything in the store. Ended up walking away because of the awful service. From the beginning, this woman at the front already had an attitude, didnt bother to greet us, just a Can I help you? Do you have an appointment? After explaining that I brought in my prescription and wanted to purchase eyeglasses, she had issues with trying to pull up my insurance. Thats understandable, normally, except this associates looked like every extra step she had to take to find my insurance (different ways of looking me up, calling my insurance, etc.) was causing her the biggest inconvenience. Keep in mind, this was early Saturday morning and they were not busy at all and only had 1 or 2 people in store. Then came time to order the eyeglass frames I wanted. She barely explained any of the materials I was getting. She constantly would start asking me a question or explaining something, only to stop mid sentence and walk off as she looked down at her papers. Forget a smile or any sort of basic customer service at this point. As she finally finished processing everything, she quoted me a higher price than I was expecting to pay. I was so set on getting new glasses that I still wouldve bought it at the higher price had it been anyone else. But with the absolutely atrocious customer service, no way I was giving this woman my money. Unsurprisingly, she had an attitude and nearly forgot to return my prescription back to me. My only regret is not getting her name, but its the dirty blonde woman with the blue rimmed glasses. The store selection itself was okay and the other two associates in the store were very nice and Im sure my experience here would have been completely different had they helped me instead. Having worked in customer service for years, I am normally very patient and understand that everyone has their ups and downs. But I had to leave because I was starting to get heated. I rarely ever write reviews (unless its a positive one), but the customer service of this particular associate was so above and beyond horrible that I had to post this.
