I phoned up out of courtesy to say I was running 5-10 mins late to my appt as my childcare was stuck in traffic, they quite rudely told me not to bother coming in then. I have recommended this place to several friends over the years and one by one we have all stopped going, the quality of service has dropped while prices have gone up to match the big chain hairdressers, I wont be going back now either, I do realise that being late has a knock on effect but they had cancelled my appt a week before with only a few hours notice due to staff being off sick too and yet spoke to me like that for being 5 mins late, its just not professional.

I was booked in at 3.45 to have my hair done at this salon - when I turned up the lady told me it was 2.45 which I know was a blatant lie. The salon was completely empty and the lady who turned out to be the manager was the only one having her hair done. They refused to fit me in even though the salon did not have a client in sight - speaks volumes for a Saturday which is normally the busiest day of the week for a salon! When I argued my case and asked them to advise why I had not received a call if I was "apparently late", the manager then told me if I don't like it, I know where the door is. So ladies, if your looking for a reliable salon who will try their upmost to impress new clients, then this salon is not the one to do so! Luckily I managed to get booked into another salon who was extremely booked up but obviously know how to treat new clients.

I am always coming here for a new crazy colour in my hair, its never too much of a challenge and they always take the time to make sure the outcome is what I wanted. Such a friendly salon, am always recommending.

In more than 35 years I have not gone back to any salon before coming across Heaven Scent. There was always cleanliness or skill issues in the other salons. At Heaven Scent the customer service is focussed, the cleanliness is sublime and the skills just perfect. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. Heaven sent to us indeed. Thank you for your outstanding service.
