Salaam Murtaza, We are very disappointed that you were not 100% satisfied. We pride ourselves on helping individuals to complete their Hajj and truly enjoy the experience. We strenuously deny your allegations regarding the accommodation and food. We do not specify hotel ratings and have never claimed the accommodation to be of a high standard as you can confirm from our brochures and booking form. All food was prepared to a high standard and was eaten by the entire group, including us! With regards to looking after family members, we gave priority to the elderly, pregnant women and those who required extra assistance. They were not family members but our customers who needed that extra bit of service due to the extreme heat and challenging conditions. We are sorry you felt we prioritized our family members but we like to think of all our customers as family. From the reviews and feedback received to date, we believe over 97% of the group were pleased with the service provided. Sade Madina is a badly reputed Hajj and Umrah Organiser based in Huddersfield. Personally we had very bad experience with them during the Hajj of 2017. I ll categories every thing so that member of public can understand fully. Flights: it was good with Emirates , some people went with Turkish airline. Jeddah to Mekkah transfer: buses were good but they gave priority to their own family and looking after them rather than guiding their customers/ Hajjis. Mekkah: Hotel and accommodation was terrible. They mentioned before booking that it will be 4 star but actually accommodation was less than 2 stars. They provided us theee time meals but terrible cooking. Half cooked meat or chicken, watery thin lentils, terrible vegetables. Mostly we ate from outside, although brilliant food was served in their own family rooms. 2-4 hours for all ziyaraats. No proper trained person to tell us in depth of each but any how buses were good Hajj days: In Mina: they put all of their family members and beloved one under the air conditioners and rest of the people were quite away from the AC. It was their family members discretion to make the temperature up and down according to their own need . Their ladies had terrible behaviour with other ladies in the group. Mostly ordering other ladies to do their jobs even the young girls from their family never behave nicely with elders. In Arafat; only coriasant were provided whole day with a excuse that their van was broken down which was carrying the lunch and later even dinner was not provided. In Muzdalfah: they dropped us and left us on our own. The other provider made a group together for transportation but they left us and we managed to travel by our own. No guidance no leadership During Rami; most of the hajj providers made a group and went for rami together and arranged the transport from Shisha ( in Aziziya) for tafaf e ziyarat. But Sadeye madina left the people on their own and people suffered a lot. On last day of Hajj, the other providers picked the language and the hajjis and took them to shisha and after final rami took the hajjis back to Makkah. But this group took our language on the morning and asked us to do rami and then we took private transport on our own for Makkah. Very disappointing for old people and disabled or people with co morbidities. Makkah to madina: nice buses Madina: better hotel 3 star . Fortunately here hotel provided us their own food from restaurant 3 times a day and quality was much better. Ziyaraats: all ziyaraats in 2-3 hours. Inexperienced guides. Stressing more on selling their products. Overall; most of the hajjis (90% ) were unhappy about their mismanagement, lack of leadership, and communication. Also the quality of rooms and food at Makkah and during Hajj. We will never recommend sadae Madina to any hajji in future. Jazakallah

Due to the sheer volume of hujjaj and the hajj season being a logistical nightmare, all businesses involved (hotels, caterers etc) do struggle to keep up with the increased demand and we make sure we communicate this in our seminar and to all our customers. We encourage all customers to undertake research to fully prepare for hajj. Once again we apologise for any misunderstanding that you may have encountered but we do not recall any concerns raised by yourself during the tour and therefore we werent able to rectify them immediately. AsslaamuAlaikum They are Not even worth one star My advice is to never go with this group You are a business to them. I went to my first hajj in 2017 they ruined my experience. They say you will get five star service and they are miss leading you. When I booked my tickets I was told that I would be in a three and half star hotel but when all payment was made and few days to go they told us like a joke it's not it's zero star. Which was true it was zero star like their service. So many people were unhappy with them. Inshallah me and many others are going make our voice heard. I will be putting in a complaint Inshallah.
Alhamdulillah, an amazing journey by the Grace of Allah swt. Excellent companionship and very well organised. From the beginning to the end we were well looked after. Hafis Mansoor and Hafis Munir are excellent leaders and we had immense help from Usaamah, Ismail, Sh. Adam and others.There were different flights for the different packages (2 week, 3 week etc) but each one of them was meticulously planned and all of us were really looked after and accommodated. Although there were many of us from various backgrounds, all were made to feel welcome. Hotels were decent and very close to both of the Harams, and we had access to our Makkah hotel throughout the days of Hajj. Three square meals per day (like home cooked) which was good because how many takeaways can you really eat? Food and drink in Arafat, Mina etc was plenty. Lots of small details were taken care of which made our journey comfortable so that we could perform our duties with ease. There was enough Islamic guidance but not too overpowering which gave us the flexibility and freedom for each of us to perform the rituals in accordance to what we are used to. Shaikh Adam was always on hand alongside others. All in all - well organised, fantastic service, good value for money and would definitely recommend.
Journey of life time and most spiritual significant farz HAJJ, Alhamdulillah we been blessed to perform Hajj with Sada-e-Madina. Very well organized and experienced management with excellent Muftis. Hotel in Makkah 5 to 7 mins away from Haram (non-shifting) make ease to pray at Haram. Full board, hot buffet served with desi food. Excellent services during 5 days of hajj. Excellent commute facilities (Makkah hotel to Mina -> to Arfat -> to Mudhilfah -> to Mina). VVIP tents in Mina and Arfat. Again 3 time food through out 5 days, packed hot boxes served. Drinks (cold and hot) available 24/7. During all days, supervised by top Muftis who motivate us and preach us and guide us in every step of Hajj. I would class Mina tent and facilities they provided are 5-star. Very comfy sofa-bed with extra air-con split on top of normal Govt provided AC. Day of Arfaat, while praying in HOT weather outside VIP tent, owner Hafiz Muneer served COLD LASSI and ROH AFZA (top of usual meal). Hospitality of all Sada-e-madina is top class. I have no wrods to thanks all management. May Allah give Jaza-e-khair to all management. If Allah give me chance again, will surely go with them again. Highly recommended Sada-e-madina
