Ordered on Monday morning as per the Christmas cut off times. Got an email shortly after saying the package was "on the way". Have been checking the tracking every day and there is no info and the package has not moved. Tried to get in touch with Gifts Australia via email, chat and phone. Haven't had any response. Called Australia post and was told the package hasn't even been sent as of Christmas Eve. I wanted to get in touch to determine if I need to run out to the shops today to do last minute Christmas Shopping and now with no response from the sender I have a last minute scramble to try and run around with 2 babies to buy things. Not happy.

Very disappointing customer service. They don't take proof of delivery and not their problem apparently if the gift never get's to where you need it to go. No empathy or regard for customer experience.
