Ms. Martinez, We have been unsuccessful in reaching you to clarify what transpired when we attempted to provide you and the captain of the boat a free estimate for cleaning. The day our technician was there and attempted to find parking, he was on the telephone with our office at the same time you were only you got aggravated that you couldn't find our tech and hung up. Our technician did not leave as you thought but rather was waiting for instructions from our office as to where to park. The valet made him drive away from the building so he was driving around waiting for your instructions as to where to go. He never left as you thought before you hung up. You are right about the parking in Miami being difficult but that is beyond our control. The area your boat is docked in had no access for a commercial vehicle. Valet Parking attendants would not park our commercial vehicle and they had no open legal spots for us at that time. We don't understand why you would write a bad review since we did not do any work for you and the parking situation was out of our control. We were merely trying to give you a free estimate. We would respectfully ask that you change this review. We value our reputation and hate to see your experience with our company misrepresented. Respectfully Michael Jatoft

My experience hasn't been good. I told them in advance the service was on a boat. They told me from 1 to 3pm the guy was coming for an estimate. I drove to the marina and waited until 3.45., the guy coudnt park outside cause valet was full. I told him to wait so I was going to talk to the valet, but the guy left . I know he drove all the way here, but I also wasted my afternoon for nothing. The woman on the phone was nice and try to help, but if you have an appointment you can't just leave and don't wait for me to talk to the valet and find a parking. This is MIAMI, parking is a nightmare. So so unprofessional. Never again!

We tried calling you but your voicemail was full and we could not leave a message. We would have loved to handle your couch cleaning for you and it is unfortunate what transpired. I called to inquire about couch cleaning. I have a water stain from trying to remove a stain my dog left on my own. My couch is brand new so I did not know the proper way to clean it, having had a leather couch in the past. This business had me email them photos to verify if they can remove it or not, mind you i called minutes after I made the stain because I wanted to make sure it didnt get any worse. They never got back to me still to this day. I went ahead and called King Steam who didnt require me to do any of this, just from the description of the stain they knew it could be removed and they removed it in literally under 5 minutes. My couch now looks brand new again.

I have Dry Concepts clean my carpeting every two years. Recently I had all new windows installed, which was a major mess, and it really took a toll on my carpet. Our technician is Jeff, and he did a fantastic job. He took his time and didn't make us feel rushed, as he meticulously vacuumed and then cleaned all areas, giving special attention to some difficult spots. Our carpets look wonderful and we really want to thank Jeff for a job really well done. Highly recommended!!
On 4/14/21 Mr. Cohen called and scheduled a free estimate for cleaning his draperies; the estimate was performed on 4/15/21 which outlined our costs for taking down, cleaning and rehanging. Mr. Cohen called us at a later date to schedule the pick up of said draperies which was done on 5/10/2021; when the drapes were completed and ready for delivery, we contacted Mr. Cohen and tried to set up the delivery at which time he advised he would need 4-5 months storage for the drapes. During the original estimate our technician did advise Mr. Cohen we could store them for a few weeks at no charge, but after that there would be a storage fee. He scheduled the delivery of his drapes without rehanging them for 7/9/21 at which time our technician returned the drapes to Mr. Cohen. Upon completion of the invoice wherein the previous prices from the estimate were used, our technician took off $96 which was the cost for the rehanging. However, Mr. Cohen became very agitated and refused to pay our price. A call was placed to the office wherein Mr. Cohen spoke with the owner of the company during which he continued to argue that he would not pay the previously agreed to amount and became very belligerent. In an attempt to calm down Mr. Cohen and have our technician receive payment and leave an extremely uncomfortable situation, the owner advised Mr. Cohen to please never call our company again for any services and advised our technician to accept Mr. Cohens reduced payment. It was obvious that Mr. Cohen is used to dictating to others and getting his way by the use of this kind of behavior.

I called to get an estimate to clean three pairs of draperies. The tech came out and gave me an estimate. It seemed high, so I began a "quest" to price out new draperies. The quest revealed how expensive new drapes were going to cost. I called Dry Concepts to come and pick up the drapes for cleaning. I explained that I am building a new house and I would need them to be stored until the new house would be completed in 4 to 5 months. He told me that would not be a problem as there was "plenty of space at his facility." Of course, he never confirmed that with the "office" or the owner. After several "go arounds with the "office" I had until the end of June. Due to other commitments of theirs and mine we agreed on July 9th. I am living in a rental house surrounded by boxes and no place or way to inspect the drapes for quality of the cleaning or for any damage to the drapes. The original estimate including rehanging the drapes which is not going to happen until the completion of the new house. Out of the original $760.80, he deducted only $96.00 for the rehanging which is, of course, the most labor intensive part of draperies. I called the office and said that was inadequate and they said that they would have to review it and get back to me. The tech called the owner of the company Michael Jatoft. I reviewed the circumstance with him and told me what I had to pay I said $96.00 was not enough, and was deducting $125.00; "take it or leave it." He told me "don't ever use our services again." Not only will I never use them again, but I am telling you flat out DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
