Good quality stuff but not worth the price. Costumer service is pretty bad. Ill be taking my business somewhere else.

Dropped $200 on some new steel caps. I felt Customer service could have been better.
Hi Alvin, It is regrettable that your job didn't work out as planned and we apologize for that. We do understand your frustration and take full responsibility for the collar of your shirt being damaged on the machine but think its a bit unfair for you to suggest we destroyed it on purpose when it was an innocent mistake made by our embroiderer. Broken promises and disjointed organisation. I'm not sure why Emily and the team offered to take my embroidery job. It was one of the most complex processes I have had to deal with for a very simple job, if it wasn't for the commitment that the job would be done in 3 days, I would probably have pulled the plug on dealing with this company. The staff don't seem to talk to each other and when the job was eventually finished 2 weeks later, they had destroyed one of my shirts and the have the audacity to suggest to me it's because I wanted to have one of my own shirts embroided! Shop around I would suggest, because they are not cheap either.
