Stopped by to buy a couple pairs of running shoes. 2 employees in the store and neither offered to help me. 10 minutes of looking for the shoe I want (and the place is a bit scattered), I left. I wanted to shop here to support a local business, but now Ill just buy the shoes from Amazon.

Lady working in the back should stay in the back and have no interactions with customers at all. Horrible customer service. Second visit, second day interaction with this employee. Never going back. Glad we got a charm city running in town!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went in today with my girlfriend to get fitted for running shoes to get ready for the half marathon we are running in September. Im an experienced runner and was excited to get reevaluated for a new pair, my girlfriend is brand new to running and this was her first time buying running shoes. We had such a delightful experience and the employees were SO helpful. We both got fitted perfectly and are so happy with the shoes we got. I would recommend this store to everyone looking for new running shoes.
