One word: awful. Either the shears were dull, or the "stylist" Denise is clueless how to cut as my head kept getting pulled around. Could not understand her because she was ditzy and her speech slurred like she was on something. Finally the hair was unevenly cut. It was so obvious but I didn't say anything as I lost all hope at that point. Went home, took a shower and got a repair cut at another better salon. Avoid!
Hi Aly, It is unfortunate that we did not get a chance to serve you. We appreciate new clients such as yourself, however, we do work on a set schedule, often with clients booked back-to-back. When you are running more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, it interferes with the next guests haircut time; therefore we have no choice but to offer you a new booking time. There is a fee applied to clients who do not show up to their scheduled appointment time. However, due to the fact that we have never served you before, we waived that fee. This place is good for boring people I guess. Gabi at the front desk cancelled my appointment without prior notice. I expect an haircut place to be more positive and exciting than negative and vibe killing.

This place is not at all worth the prices. My cut was rushed and not blended well. I dont mind paying these prices for a good haircut, but this place was not it. If youre going to charge $60 for a cut, at least take your time and pay attention to detail. Could have received the same cut at sports clips or supercuts.
