Megan, we are very sorry to hear about your issues with the embroidery and customer service. We do our best but sometimes communication problems happen. We would like the opportunity to make things right. Would you be interested in stopping by and discussing what needs to be done to fix the issues? If so please contact Sharón, you were working with him before. The offer still stands to re-embroider your products. We can redo a sample for your approval before hand. Jesse creative director

Update: While I am still not happy with the embroidery job that was done, I have to say that the owner reached out to me and did everything he could to try and save our account. Provided wonderful customer service! I really don't like to write negative reviews because I know the impact they have on businesses, but I felt it necessary to say that the poor embroidery design, plus the followup customer service were not good at all. Not sure if everyone that works here is overwhelmed, or if workmanship and saving customer accounts is not that important to them, but I will not be giving my business to Printing Specialists again.

Jeannette, sorry again about your lamination not turning out correctly. I can assure you, no one ate lunch over your print. We will take your criticism and change our procedures when taking in this type of risky work. From now on we will require a due date when the project is needed. We will do a deeper inspection of the print. Point anything that can cause an issue with the lamination, with the customer and, if possible, a second employee. We will stop the job if there is something that may cause an issue and call the customer. We will charge accordingly. Again, we apologize for not communicating this with you. If you do come across a digital, printable version of your image our offer still stands, that we will reprint it for you. There is always a risk that something can happen when you bring in your own posters or photos to be laminated. We have done this many times without any problems.

I brought a very sacred image for laminating, I explained the importance of it to the employee, because the background is black, I made sure it was totally clean before leaving it. He explained to me all the risks that could happen and that they weren't responsible if something happened while the process like a bend or an air bubble. I went and picked up the image the day after it was supposed to be ready (5 days after I brought it), I was told to come back in an hour as it wasn't ready yet. The "printing specialists" rushed the work as 20 minutes after I received a call telling me it was ready, leaving big dirt particles on top of the poster, occasioning air bubbles and damaging the image permanently. The picture was laying there for 5 days by then. The employee who did the work (who wasn't the same one I talked to) didn't took the time to clean it before laminating. What makes me more upset is that he denied it, saying the poster already had that dirt on it when I brought it, the supposed "printing specialist" lied to me saying he cleaned it 3 times before laminating it, obviously just justifying his error. They explained me the risks of laminating, but never mentioned that someone there could have his lunch using my image as a mat. At the end they offered me not to pay for the service, of course I was not going to pay. This printing came from a Temple in India, it was worked by monks, there's no way for me to get another one as they're not for sale. I would understand if it was air bubbles but not this negligence. If you really care about your photos or posters, go somewhere else, don't take the risk in this unprofessional place. I'm posting only 2 pictures, but there are more dirt-food encapsulated bubbles all over the image.
