I went to change the oil! I'm still not sure they changed anything! they deleted all the history from memory and I still have the message on board. and we talked to check what needs to be changed! they said there are no problems! but I knew a tire is very dull! maybe below the limit! this happened some time ago! 3-4 months! does anyone know if and how I can recover the service history deleted by them! ???

Avoid at all cost!!! These guys are absolutely incompetent it beggars belief. I read all the reviews and everyone gave them such a high rating, which is beyond comprehension based on the services and their interaction. I wont trust these guys with my bicycle let alone my car!!!! Edit (update): It's extremely convenient how your positive feedbacks are acknowledged without verification whereas your negative ones are fake. I see all those 5 stars without comment, perhaps those are your effort to mask your incompetence, the actual fake ones... My sympathy to those who use your services.

Here is our side of the story, for fair judgement. Your car (2008 Audi A4 2.0 TDI) attended us for a timing belt replacement in July 2019. (Current date is 3rd April 2022) Time line of events for clarification: June 2019 at 86,000 miles - timing belt replacement August 2019 at 89,000 miles - your car has covered 3000 miles since the timing belt replacement, and you reported an emissions lamp had been on. No fault was present on the day, nor was the emissions lamp. Your car checked out just fine, and drove perfectly, your invoice states very clearly that if fault re-occurs then further diagnostic time will be required. My colleague charged you our standard diagnostic fee as agreed when booking in, but when you collected your vehicle you didnt want to pay as you were determined that it was to do with the work we had carried out (3000 miles prior). After a discussion, you paid, and telephoned the next day to discuss with myself. You stated that you should not have had to pay, and that we are cowboys who should know what is wrong with your car despite it having no faults at the time of testing. Your car has covered approximately 27,000 miles in close to 3 years since we replaced your timing belt, which confirms our work was carried out perfectly. Its completely unreasonable that you have left a negative review along with unfounded accusations regarding work carried out close to 3 years ago, and having successfully covered 27,000 miles since. I have carried out in excess of 4000 timing belt replacements in my years as a Master Technician, each one done correctly and none have had an issue. Regarding your comment on other reviews and how we respond to them, all genuine reviews (both positive and negative) have been responded to as such, which you can read yourself.

I took my vehicle here for a cam belt change and its never been right since, I took it back after a week or so later and I got charged an additional 55 on top of the 410.00 Id already paid and they still couldnt resolve the issue. They said theyd be in touch but I never heard from them, I then phoned back a week later as I still hadnt heard from them only to be spoken to very rudely and abruptly by the owner who accused me of lying about the whole issue! I now have to pay another garage to carry out the work all over again as the work wasnt carried out properly by Power Developements, they are incompetent and they dont appear to know what they are doing. Anyone else reading please please find another garage to carry out work on your own vehicle if you are thinking of taking it here as they are a bunch of cowboys! Ive also noticed that any bad reviews left by people are met with a standard response by Power Developements saying that they havent heard of that person and they are not on their records. How very convenient!
