Horrible place to get your car , they will scam you and take your money. Poor customer service they will ignore your calls and not get a call back and if you do you get attitude. Destiny The accountant in In smith heaven Medford will not go over the paperwork with you and the conditions be careful. Purchase your car somewhere else.

The one star is because There is a no star choice, I went to the Medford location having been a repeat customer looking to see if I could trade in my current vehicle to get something new . I knew it would be a long shot considering my credit and knew I probably wouldnt be approved , which I wasnt and Im writing this review because the way I was treated!! I had to call several times to check the status of my application, and I never got a call back from Dominique the financial advisor who had taken my application. Very unprofessional situation going on over there , I was hung up several occasions, cursed at and just treated horribly, especially when I tried getting my deposit back that I left for the vehicle I was looking at! Just overall the worst experience ever I liked the old people that were originally there before the place switched hands with employees they were more personable and respectful!!!! Never go here just a warning for prospecting buyers!!!!!
