Fixed what needed to be fixed. Remember that customers hire you for a service, and might not know what is causing problems in their vehicle, or anything about cars for that matter. This is why you are called. Attitude or sarcastic tone towards customers can reflect poorly on the business and make us not want to call again.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Darren is definitely my go to guy for anything on my work fleet vehicles and personal vehicle. They are quick to respond and come out quicker than I expect. Darren goes out of his way to help me out. Repairs always get handled and fixed and prices are very fair and they make it Easy to pay. I highly recommend Mobile Auto Clinic and are the first ones I call.

Incredible service, and I cannot recommend this place enough. I discovered my battery went out about 3 hours before I was supposed to go on a first date, and Thomas (who answered the phone) and Michael (who came out to service the battery) were both fantastic. Michael even ended up checking on the battery the next day to make sure everything went well, including the date. Super happy I chose them, and will no doubt use them for any future mechanical issues I might encounter.
