Kevin Kirkwood works for Knapp properties. He tried to use his role with Knapp Properties to try and bully our company to walk away from a nearly 9k balance owed by his friend under the threat of BBB and other public slandering. We refused, and he made good on his threat unfortunately. Kevin you know what your saying is untrue- even your friends wife on Dec. 29 text our designer quote " I want to thank you for all your hard work and helping me with picking everything." She proceeded to text photos of the kitchen and said quote " So pretty:)". Im sorry you feel the need to be dishonest.

Beware these guys are not experienced remodel experts. Did a remodel for a disabled veteran and left everything they started unfinished and poorly installed. Tried to get them to do the right thing but they only want to make excuses and blame everyone from the office girl to the subs they hired for everything. Disappeared for a month and lied lied lied. Please contact me for pictures if your thinking of using these guys. Dane and Zach are not pros.

These guys were great to work with. They have completed two major projects for us this far in a kitchen backsplash install and remodel of a master and second bathroom. There was a slight mistake that they made with the master bath remodel, but they took full ownership of it and made it right. We have them quoting additional projects as well as I believe in having a contractor that I can trust. All of their team members are super professional, extremely nice and great to work with. Would certainly recommend this company!

KBS took care of an existing roof issue from the storms we had a year ago. They worked with our insurance and took care of our repair! Rick was great to work with and Dane responded back quickly. Highly recommend KBS.
